Scott Michael Duquin

Scott Michael Duquin is an experienced trial attorney with a diverse background in personal injury, medical malpractice, civil litigation, and real property litigation. Currently serving as a Trial Attorney at Herman Law since December 2020, Scott previously held positions at HoganWillig, where responsibilities included handling plaintiff's personal injury and medical malpractice cases from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, Scott was a Partner at Ricotta & Visco, establishing the firm’s toxic tort practice. Scott's experience also includes leading the lead-based paint practice group at Hurwitz & Fine, P.C., and serving as an Associate Attorney at KSLN. Scott holds a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
