Léa Renard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic business development and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Hermanas, a global network dedicated to the growth of women across diverse cultures and industries, Léa previously co-founded Sistearth, focusing on business acceleration for ideas aligned with the Global Goals. Prior roles include Head of Strategy and Head of the Foundation at Pure Salmon, aimed at sustainable aquaculture, and various business development positions at Decisive Capital Management and 8F Investment Partners, both emphasizing socially responsible investments in FoodTech. Early career experiences include marketing roles at Kenlo and MMC Investimentos, as well as a position in lobbying analysis. Léa holds a Master's degree in Political and Social Sciences from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lancaster University.
