Sharon McLaughlin is a former practicing attorney admitted in Texas and California, who specialized in employment-based and business immigration law in San Diego and Houston. Transitioning into attorney recruitment at the end of 2004, Sharon has developed extensive experience in placing attorneys in prominent law firms and corporate legal departments across the U.S. Currently, as the Principal and Owner of SMC Legal Search LLC, Sharon focuses on elite attorney placements and managing recruitment teams.
