Jairo Carrion

Jairo "JC" Carrion is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in workforce recruitment and organizational leadership. As the Founder and CEO of myTOD, LLC since June 2021, Carrion drives innovative strategies in talent acquisition. Currently serving as President of the Board of Directors for NHRA Orange County Affiliate for the 2024/2025 term, Carrion also holds several roles within the organization, including President Elect and Executive of The Year Chair. Previous leadership positions include board advisor at Transformative Leadership at University of California Riverside, and various executive roles at Eastridge Workforce Solutions, McDermott + Bull Executive Search, and Kimco Staffing Services. Carrion holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UC Irvine, earned between 1990 and 1995.
