Beth has specialized in sales and marketing for professional services organizations in the Design and Construction Industry for over 30 years. Her experience includes working with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Developers to implement the sales process and to continuously improve written and media presentations by professional staff.

At Hermanson Company, Beth has been responsible for supporting the conversion from primarily a Plan & Spec bid process to a proposal / interview-heavy negotiated Design-Build and Design-Assist sales process.
