Neil Ammentorp

Hermanson's Chief Operations Officer, Neil Ammentorp, is charged with planning, championing, and delivering best practices in project execution, labor management, construction technology, project management, safety, and all components of Hermanson operations. Working with the entire Operations Team, Neil builds and refines critical functions in Lean project execution.

Bringing to the team over 30 years of experience at all levels of commercial and industrial construction, Neil specializes in assembling and managing successful teams, building and growing businesses, and organizational process improvement. His skillset includes not only construction management, but also conceptual design, estimating, and software design. His previous experience has taken him around the world, including work as Sr. VP of Program & Asset Management at Bernhard (Louisiana), VP of Operations for at Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors (Minnesota), and Engineering & Construction Division Manager at Al Suwaidi Industrial Services (Saudi Arabia).
