Amélia Lecoq is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, quality management, and project coordination across various industries. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Director at Hermès since February 2015, responsibilities include overseeing IT quality and information systems management for distribution subsidiaries globally.
