Axelle Collin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and business law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Hermès since June 2020, Axelle provides legal advice across various sectors, including leather goods, ready-to-wear, and jewelry, while also managing brand protection and compliance with regulations such as the Agec Law. Prior to Hermès, Axelle was Senior Legal Counsel at Renault Group, focusing on IP and commercial transactions, and held an IP Associate position at ARMENGAUD - GUERLAIN, specializing in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters. Additional experience includes teaching Intellectual Property Law at NEOMA Business School and interning at various prestigious law firms, with a solid educational background in law and finance from renowned institutions.
