Bob Bakker

Bob Bakker is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Since April 2017, Bob has been serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Hermès, having previously held roles as Human Resources Director and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Bob was the Head of Human Resources at Fonality from June 2015 to April 2017, where responsibilities included defining and developing HR strategies and fostering company culture. During time at Adams Pointe Golf Club, from August 2012 to January 2015, Bob directed all HR functions while providing strategic counsel to executives. Bob's earlier career includes serving as Global Human Resources Director at TaylorMade Golf Company from 2002 to 2012, overseeing global HR functions, and positions at DENSO. Educational background includes a Higher National Diploma from Harvard University and studies at the University of Melbourne.
