Joanna Ingrao

Joanna Ingrao is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Hermès since July 2018, Joanna previously held the roles of HR Business Partner and Manager of Human Resources at the same company. Prior to that, Joanna worked as a Creative Recruiter at ThinkTPG from October 2016 to June 2018, and began a career at Hermès in September 2013. Additional experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Coordinator at Elie Tahari and Senior Fashion Recruiter at Adecco USA's Creative Division. Joanna's career commenced at Loro Piana as an Assistant to the Project Manager in the Retail Division. Joanna holds a BA in Communications and Media Studies from Fordham University, earned in 2008.
