Dave Fitzharris

Dave Fitzharris has a diverse work experience in the field of compliance and risk management. Dave served as the Chief Compliance Officer for the international business of Federated Hermes, overseeing various assets across different locations. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Compliance Advisory for the Institutional Business at BlackRock, where they were a key member of the Compliance ExCo and Legal and Compliance Senior Leadership Team. Dave also gained valuable experience at Grant Thornton LLP in Canada, Barclays, and UBS Global Asset Management, where they held various roles related to regulatory compliance and risk management.

Dave Fitzharris attended CIMA from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Management Accountancy. Dave also obtained a certification from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANTS.
