Matthew Brooks

Matthew Brooks is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in architecture and strategic IT planning. Currently serving as the Head of Architecture at Federated Hermes Limited since August 2022, previous roles include Chief Architect for EMEA at MetLife, where responsibilities encompassed architectural planning across 25 territories, defining IT strategies, and overseeing the integration of business requirements into architectural frameworks. Brooks has also held significant positions at ACE Group, where leadership in mobile application development and e-commerce initiatives resulted in substantial cost reductions and enhanced business channels. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at RDF Group and technology analysis at Salomon Brothers, alongside a degree from the University of Sussex.
