Magnus Hemmendorff is a Senior Software Engineer at Hermes Medical Solutions, specializing in software for nuclear diagnostics, particularly PET and SPECT image analysis, since September 2017. Previously, Magnus worked at Skype as a Video Quality Engineer and Senior Software Engineer from January 2012 to September 2017, and held a position as Scientist Advanced Development at Philips Healthcare for a brief period. Magnus's career began at Sectra, where involvement in R&D for image processing and calibration software lasted from February 1997 to August 2011. Academically, Magnus earned a PhD in Medical Imaging and a Master of Science in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping University and also attended Stanford University for coursework in Electrical Engineering.
