Magnus Westrin

Magnus Westrin has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Magnus served as the Group CFO at Hermes Medical Solutions since 2019. Prior to that, Magnus worked as the CFO at Cloud Nine AB from 2018 to 2019. Magnus was also a Board Member at KIBI Sweden AB from 2016 to 2018 and held the role of CFO/COO at KIBI from 2016 to 2018. Magnus also has extensive experience at Elekta, starting from 2006, where they held various roles including VP Market Development, Director Finance, Control and Commercial Development, Head of Program Office, Director Finance and Control, Business Controller, and Assistant Group Treasurer. Magnus also served as a Member of the Board at Elekta Oy from 2008 to 2012. Magnus began their career as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and had a summer internship at SEB Merchant Banking. Additionally, Magnus served as a Lieutenant in the Swedish Royal Navy from 1996 to 2001.

Magnus Westrin obtained a M.Sc. degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics in the period between 2000 and 2005. In addition, they pursued an MBA degree in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specializing in the year 2003-2004.
