Michael Palzer

Michael Palzer has extensive experience in digital channels and services, currently serving as Head of Digital Channels und Services at Hermes Germany GmbH since December 2010. Previously, Michael worked as Produktmanager for IPTV, E-Mail, and mobile services at freenet AG from February 2007 to November 2010. Michael also has a background as a freelancer, providing eCommerce and strategy consulting from January 2005 to January 2007, and held the position of Senior eBusiness/Online Consultant at PopNet Consulting/Nextevolution from August 2000 to June 2004. Early career experience includes serving as an Internal Business Consultant at SAP from April 1998 to July 2000. Michael holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau with a focus on Fertigungstechnik and Logistik from TU Hamburg-Harburg.
