Franchesca Davis

Franchesca Davis currently serves as the Growth Operations Manager at Hermeus since February 2024. Previously, Franchesca held various roles at Google from February 2020 to April 2023, culminating as the Senior Technical Writer & Editor for the Global Security & Resilience Services (GSRS). In this role, Franchesca established and managed the GSRS editorial program for a global security team of over 1000 members, achieving a 98% on-time delivery service level agreement while maintaining high-quality content standards. Franchesca's contributions included the expansion of editorial services, leadership of the GSRS Service Level Maturity program, and the development of strategic tools and guidelines, enhancing documentation quality and stakeholder engagement. Prior to Google, Franchesca held editorial and management positions in organizations like ProQuest and Roylance, Abrams, Berdo & Goodman, focusing on content operations and regulatory insights. Franchesca holds a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor of Arts from Nottingham Trent University.
