Michael Conte is a Senior Loads and Dynamics Engineer at Hermeus, having started in 2025. Prior to this, Michael held various engineering roles, including Mechanical Engineer II and Senior Mechanical Engineer at SpaceX, where they focused on the design and development of systems for the Falcon 9 and Starlink projects. Michael also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer at PolySat, working on CubeSat development, and as an Avionics Integration Intern at Space Exploration Technologies. Michael earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
