Julie Jones

Julie Jones is an experienced speech-language pathologist currently serving at Hermosa Beach City School District since December 2018, specializing in early childhood interventions for students from pre-K to 3rd grade. Prior to this role, Julie was the Founder and President of Encore Bridal LLC, where a luxury bridal consignment e-commerce store was established from April 2007 to December 2013, managing all aspects of the business. Julie also worked as an independent contractor at Maureen Johnston Speech Therapy, providing expertise in evaluating and treating adults with various speech-language disorders from January 2006 to January 2009. Additional experience includes a per diem position at UCLA Health System from June 2000 to 2007, focusing on both adult and child speech-language treatment, and a role at VA Medical Center from September 1997 to November 2004, where extensive experience was gained in acute patient care. Julie holds a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and a Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences from SUNY Geneseo.
