David Gross has extensive experience in construction accounting, currently serving as Sr. Construction Accountant at Hernandez Construction since January 2019. Prior to this role, David was a Construction Accountant at Swire Properties, where involvement in the Brickell CityCentre Project included managing an OCIP program for a significant construction undertaking. Earlier career positions included Director of Business Development & Accounting at MaxPro Builders and Claims Analyst at East Coast Public Adjusters, in addition to a lengthy tenure at Pavarini Construction as Senior Project Accountant. David holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Accounting and Real Estate Finance from PennWest Clarion.
