Tara Philipp

Tara Philipp, SPHR, has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning and employee management. Tara currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Hernandez Construction & Development, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, Tara was the Director of Human Resources at a General Contractor from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for managing recruiting and total rewards strategies. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Speedy Concrete Cutting, where they developed HR strategies and streamlined processes. Tara also has experience as an Executive Administrator/Safety professional at Speedy Concrete Cutting from 2011 to 2018. Additionally, they served as a board member for the Children's Services Council of Broward County from 2012 to 2015, where they helped allocate resources to programs benefiting children and families.

Tara Philipp, SPHR, received their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Health Services Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 2015. In 2023, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
