Denise Moloney

Public Relations Manager Denise Moloney began her career at the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office in 1986 in the Communications Center as a Telecommunicator-I (call taker). Throughout her 26-year career in the Communications Center, Ms. Moloney held many positions, rising to the position of Assistant Communications Manager. Ms. Moloney was selected as the Sheriff’s Public Information Officer in July of 2012 and as the Community/Media Relations Manager in July of 2014. Ms. Moloney holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia Southern University in Orange Beach, Alabama and is a graduate of the Florida Certified Public Manager program.
