Herne Hill
Ryan Kitagawa is a seasoned Senior Compositor with extensive experience in the visual effects industry. Currently at Herne Hill Media since April 2022, Ryan has held similar senior roles at DNEG and Mr. X, contributing to projects from November 2021 to November 2021 and July 2016 to November 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes compositing positions at ScanlineVFX, Soho vfx, SPIN VFX, and Arc Productions, showcasing a solid career trajectory since starting as a Compositor in 2012. Ryan also possesses a background in motion graphics, having worked on promotional video projects for The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall. Ryan's educational qualifications include two Ontario College Diplomas in Animation - Digital Arts from Durham College, completed in 2010 and 2012.
