Linford Bacon is an experienced technology executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as CTO and Co-founder at Hero since December 2022, focusing on responsive and personalized fitness coaching. Previously, Linford co-founded ngenius.ai and held the position of CEO until December 2022, while also participating in the OXFO Elevate accelerator for high-potential companies affiliated with the University of Oxford. Academic expertise includes serving as Head Tutor for the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Program at the Saïd Business School and a strong background in artificial intelligence, having led various teams at Aviva from July 2014 to February 2020. Linford began a career in actuarial consulting at PwC, providing support for audits of UK insurers, following an educational background that includes a Master of Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
