Aaron Leventhal has had an extensive work experience. Aaron began their career in 1992 as an Economist and Program Leader at NIST. In 1996, they moved to LECG as a Senior Consultant, where they worked in the area of Strategy and strategic analysis for medium-size and large companies. In 2000, they became an Author and Owner of KLP, Inc., collaborating on the book Footsteps In The Fog: Alfred Hitchcock's San Francisco. In 2003, they took on the role of President at Open Hand Manufacturing, Inc., overseeing the operations of a high-speed wood block manufacturing facility. In 2007, they became Practice Leader at Go EPG. In 2009, they became President and Board Member at New Voice of Business. Finally, in 2001, they became CEO of Hero Arts, a highly successful decorative design company that sells stamping products to scrapbook, craft, and cardmaking retailers and crafters worldwide.

Aaron Leventhal has a varied educational background. Aaron obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance from San Jose State University between 1985 and 1987. Aaron then attended University of California, Santa Cruz, where they earned a BA in Economics and Political Science between 1987 and 1989. During this time, they also completed a Japanese Business Certificate from Sophia University in 1988. Aaron then completed a MA in Science, Technology and Public Policy from The George Washington University between 1989 and 1991. In 1990, they also obtained a Japanese Intensive Program Certificate from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. In addition, they hold a CPR/First Aide certification from the American Red Cross.
