Anthony Tsocanos has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Anthony started their career at Pepperdige Farm in 2014 as a Food Technologist and later became a Lead Technical Writer. In 2017, they joined Subway as a Bakery Food Scientist and then progressed to the role of Senior Bakery Scientist. Currently, since October 2021, they work at Hero Bread as the Director of Quality and Commercialization.
Anthony Tsocanos received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Connecticut. Anthony attended the university from 2008 to 2014.
