As Chairman and Founder of Hero Media Inc. since June 2021, Joseph provides strategic oversight and guidance to empower diverse publishers and content creators. Additionally, Joseph serves as Founder and Chief Hero of Hero Collective, focusing on creative development and the integration of consumer insights to build innovative marketing platforms. Previously, Joseph held the position of CEO at Vital Marketing from 2000 to 2015, specializing in outreach to the millennial market, and worked as a Marketing Manager at the New York Times from 1995 to 1997. Joseph holds a BA in Marketing Communications from Boston University.
