Andy S Lee has worked in the digital industry since 2004. Andy S started as a Design & Marketing employee at Karmaloop.com in 2004, then moved to Allen and Gerritsen in 2005 as an Interactive employee. In 2007, they became an Art Director at Big Arrow Group, a company that focuses on strategic consulting and communications. In 2010, they joined Division Of/, a full service digital agency, as a Partner. Finally, in 2017, they became the CDO / Co-Founder of Hero Cosmetics, a company that makes the Mighty Patch, a product designed to fight acne.

Andy S Lee attended Boston College from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications. In 2005, they also studied at Queen Mary University of London for a period of time.
