Li Li

Li Li has a long and varied career in the cosmetics industry. Li began their career in 2010 as a Purchasing Agent at Šišli (Shanghai) Cosmetics Trade Finance Co. Ltd. In 2011, they were promoted to Sales Manager at Hero Cosmetics, where they were responsible for merchandising, promotional activities, shop maintenance, expense management, shortage prevention and sales support functions that generated $85 million in sales. Li also trained and developed a team of 9 managers who were responsible for $7-9 million in sales. In 2012, Li Li was promoted to Regional Businessman at Hero Cosmetics. In 2016, they moved to L'Oreal BOLD Ventures as Director of Customer Business Development, where they were responsible for delivering $25 million in retail performance for their assigned territory. Finally, in 2021, Li Li was promoted to Executive Director at Hero Cosmetics.

Li Li received a Bachelor's degree in Manage from Hunan University between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors in International Finance from Sichuan University between 2003 and 2007.
