Rachel Riendeau Hayes has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Cast Member for the Disney Theatrical Group in 2006. Rachel then worked as a Concierge for City Winery from 2009 to 2015, and as a Head Concierge for Feinstein's/54 Below from 2015 to 2016.
