Rachel Riendeau Hayes

Rachel Riendeau Hayes has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Cast Member for the Disney Theatrical Group in 2006. Rachel then worked as a Concierge for City Winery from 2009 to 2015, and as a Head Concierge for Feinstein's/54 Below from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Customer Care Manager for Tata Harper Skincare, where they provided a best-in-class luxury customer experience and communicated via social media. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as the Customer Service Manager for Tomorrow Sleep, and then as the Customer Connections Coordinator for Birchbox from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they work as a Senior Customer Service Specialist and Customer Service Specialist for Hero Cosmetics. Additionally, they have been an Actor for both SAG-Aftra and Actors' Equity Association since 2012.

Rachel Riendeau Hayes attended Hofstra University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Acting.
