Varsha Kommuri

Varsha Kommuri has worked in the supply chain and planning industry since 2015. Varsha began their career at NRG Home Solar as a Procurement Analyst and then moved to L'Oréal as an E-Commerce Support. In 2016, they joined New Avon as a Finished Goods Planner, where they analyzed total demand and developed a plan to stabilize service and inventory, achieving service results of 80% and higher. Varsha also partnered with vendors to advance and negotiate the best production and sailing schedule needed to support customer demand. In 2018, Varsha moved to BECCA Inc. as a Demand Planning Analyst. In 2020, they joined Versed as a Planner, Supply Chain Operations and also worked in the same role at MERIT Beauty. Varsha is currently employed at Hero Cosmetics as a Supply Planning Manager.

Varsha Kommuri attended Rutgers Business School from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
