Ranjit Singh Sekhon

Ranjit Singh Sekhon is an accomplished professional in the field of operations and quality assurance with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Operations Head at HERO ECOTECH LTD since July 2024, Ranjit previously held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at Havells India Ltd and has significant leadership roles in operations and quality assurance at Hero Cycles Ltd and Hero MotoCorp Ltd. Ranjit’s career began in engineering and quality management at companies such as Timken India Limited and Bharat Gears Ltd, where contributions included implementing quality management systems and process improvements through methodologies such as Six Sigma and APQP. Ranjit holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University and has a solid foundation in engineering principles from earlier education.
