Akshay Agarwal

Akshay Agarwal has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Akshay is currently working as the Lead - Corporate and Institutional Finance at Hero FinCorp since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CARE Ratings Ltd. as the Director of Structured Finance & BFSI Ratings from March 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they served as the Associate Director of Structured Finance at Edelweiss Financial Services from September 2014 to September 2020. Agarwal also has experience working at Deutsche Bank, where they held roles such as VP of Global Credit Trading, Asia from March 2011 to August 2014, and AVP of Private Equity from February 2007 to March 2011. Akshay'searly work experience includes working at SBI Capital Markets in Project Advisory and Structured Finance from May 2005 to January 2007, where they successfully completed assignments related to project financing, credit appraisal, and debt syndication.

Akshay Agarwal completed their B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in 2003. Akshay then pursued a PGDM from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon from 2003 to 2005.
