Amit Chowdhary

Amit Chowdhary is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and risk assessment. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Approver for Corporate & Institutional Finance and previously as a Credit Approver for Structured Finance at Hero FinCorp since December 2018, Amit has demonstrated expertise in evaluating business models, conducting detailed financial analyses, and developing risk mitigation strategies. Prior to Hero FinCorp, Amit held the position of Senior Credit Analyst at Axis Bank and Manager at ICICI Bank, where responsibilities included client meetings, decision-making for funding, and maintaining client relationships. Amit's earlier experience includes serving as a Manager in Credit at Bank of Baroda, focusing on credit appraisal and sanctioning, and an internship at Lotus Trading Strategies. Amit holds an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from KIIT, Bhubaneswar.
