Atul Bali

Atul Bali serves as the Head of Marketing & Customer Analytics at Hero FinCorp since September 2022, focusing on developing analytics practices and managing marketing and risk analytics across a diverse product portfolio. Formerly, Atul held the position of Vice President at SBI Cards and Payments Services from June 2011 to September 2022, where responsibilities included driving data-driven marketing solutions and overseeing the execution of numerous marketing offers. Previous experience includes senior roles at Citigroup Global Services, Bank of America, and WNS, where Atul developed expertise in analytics, risk management, and process automation. Atul holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics.
