Nitesh Lamba

Nitesh Lamba is a seasoned professional in the financial services sector with extensive experience in operations management and process optimization. Currently serving as Process Owner at Hero FinCorp since September 2022, Nitesh oversees operational excellence and the digital automation of portfolio management and insurance claim settlements. Prior to this role, Nitesh was a Senior Operation Manager at Aditya Birla Finance Limited, managing unsecured lending disbursements for the North and East regions. Previous positions include POD Lead and Operations Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, Area Operation Manager and Assistant Manager at YES BANK, and Senior Officer at ICICI Bank.
