Paras Khanna

Paras Khanna is an experienced legal and collections professional with a robust background in managing recoveries across various financial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Retail Collections and North Head of Collections and Recoveries at Hero FinCorp since September 2021, Paras has previously held the position of Zonal Head at Volkswagen Financial Services from January 2018 to September 2021. Prior to this, an Assistant Vice President in Risk Management at YES BANK facilitated collections for multiple loan categories between November 2016 and January 2018. At Magma Fincorp Ltd., Paras was the Regional Recovery Head for Delhi NCR, UP, and UK, overseeing portfolios with significant past-due accounts from December 2014 to November 2016. Additionally, experience at Tata Motor Finance included strategic collections and legal recoveries for the Delhi NCR region from September 2007 to November 2014. Paras holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and a degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the College of Vocational Studies.
