Ramakrishnan Balasubramaniam

Ramakrishnan Balasubramaniam has extensive experience in administration and management, currently serving as the Head of Administration at Hero FinCorp since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ramakrishnan was the Head of Administration at Bandhan Bank from January 2016 to October 2023, and held the position of General Manager for Flight Ops Administration at Go Airlines (India) Private Limited from June 2015 to January 2016. Ramakrishnan's career also includes a tenure as Assistant Vice President at AXIS BANK LTD, where responsibilities included overseeing administration from December 2008 to June 2015. Ramakrishnan holds an MBL in Business Law from the National Law School of India University and an Executive Programme in Management focused on Human Resources and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
