Sachin Jain has extensive work experience in the financial sector, specifically in the field of construction finance. sachin has held key roles in various companies, including Hero FinCorp, IIFL Home Finance Limited, PNB Housing Finance Limited, and ICICI Bank.

At Hero FinCorp, Sachin served as a Lead Credit for Construction Finance. Their responsibilities included leading a team of underwriters and risk functions, underwriting and sanctioning construction finance transactions, meeting with clients and conducting site visits, achieving business targets, and collaborating with internal and external teams for project due diligence.
