Sahil Kolhe

Sahil Kolhe currently serves as Product Lead at Hero FinCorp since October 2023. Previously, Sahil held the position of Product Head - Digital Business Products at Northern Arc Capital from July 2022 to September 2023, focusing on transforming operations for small businesses. Prior experience includes serving as Product Manager and AVP at YES BANK from July 2021 to June 2022, and as Product Manager for Co-brand Credit Cards at The Federal Bank Ltd from June 2013 to June 2021, where significant achievements included developing market research strategies and increasing credit card portfolio growth by over 100%. Sahil began in market research as an intern at Thermax in 2012. Academic qualifications include an Advanced Management Programme in Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business (2021-2023), an MBA in Marketing from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (2011-2013), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (2007-2011).
