Shilpi Varshney

Shilpi Varshney has extensive experience in compliance and regulatory affairs within the financial sector. Currently serving as Lead Compliance at Hero FinCorp since January 2024, responsibilities include executing compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and handling regulatory correspondences. Prior to this role, Shilpi was Assistant Vice President of CS & Compliance at DMI Finance Private Limited and held the position of Senior Manager CS and Compliance at DMI Housing Finance, managing a variety of compliance obligations with RBI and NHB, advising on transactions, and overseeing inspections. Earlier experience includes positions at Trikar Property Managers Pvt Ltd, Home First Finance Company, and RKS & Associates, focusing on legal compliance and financial management. Shilpi holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, is pursuing a Company Secretary qualification, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
