Shobhit Gupta

Shobhit Gupta is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Area Operations Manager at Hero FinCorp since July 2017, Shobhit oversees a six-member team responsible for end-to-end Supply Chain Bill Discounting. Previously, Shobhit held various roles at HDFC Life from 2008 to 2017, including Associate - Operations and Deputy Manager, managing multiple branches and ensuring high standards in application processing. Extensive expertise in customer relations, operational efficiency, and team leadership was also cultivated during tenures at Odyssey Research, Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Limited, and ICICI Bank. Shobhit holds a BCA degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University and additional qualifications in computer hardware and life sciences.
