Smita Banerjee

Smita Banerjee has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Smita is currently working as the Lead Partnership at Hero FinCorp. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Vice President at Poonawalla Fincorp in 2022. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Policy Manager at HDB Financial Services Ltd. Smita also held the position of Senior Manager at L&T Financial Services from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for credit policies and portfolio risk monitoring. Earlier in their career, they worked at FamilyCredit Limited, Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd., and Mongrace Montessori House in various roles.
