Mangesh Lavhale has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Senior Manager Projects & OMS at Hero Future Energies since August 2013. Mangesh successfully commissioned a 220KV substation and a 32 MW wind project, overseeing all site operations, asset maintenance, and project documentation. Previously, Mangesh held the position of Manager O&M at Green Infra Limited from May 2011 to August 2013, managing a 58 MW wind farm with a focus on project execution and safety compliance. Mangesh began a career with roles at Global Wind Power and Suzlon Wind Energy A/S between 2008 and 2011 and from 1999 to 2008, respectively, gaining expertise in procurement, technical solutions, maintenance procedures, and operational audits. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Renewable Energy Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, an MBA, and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt Polytechnic Karad.
