The Project Management and Engineering team at Hero Future Energies oversees the end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects. This involves project planning, design, development, and implementation of solar power plants, MMS, HT/LT Panels, and BESS systems. They ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to high-quality standards, while also managing procurement and coordinating cross-functional teams.
