Anil Rathi has held several roles in various companies throughout their work experience. Anil started their career in 2006 at Sterlite Technologies Ltd. where they worked as Plant Utilities until 2008. Anil then joined Munjal Kiriu as Head Projects from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Hero Motors as a Senior General Manager until 2021, when they became an Associate Vice President. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Hero Motors. Additionally, in 2022, they joined HYM Drive Systems (Hero Yamaha JV) as a Member Board Of Directors.
Anil Rathi completed their undergraduate education at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2005, they also participated in a summer internship at The University of Alabama. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, Anil attended UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they pursued a UCLA PGPX degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
