Ankit Goyal

Ankit Goyal has extensive experience in the field of housing finance. Ankit is currently working as the Zonal Business Head - CF North at Hero Housing Finance since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Zonal Head at Edelweiss Housing Finance Limited from 2017 to 2022, where they were responsible for sourcing relationships, loan originations, and managing builder requirements in specific regions. Ankit also worked at L&T Housing Finance Ltd. as a Sr. Manager - Real Estate Finance from 2014 to 2017, involved in business development, credit appraisal, and monitoring of accounts. Earlier in their career, they served as a Manager Project Finance at Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. from 2011 to 2014, and as a Manager at AllBank Finance Ltd. from 2009 to 2011, where they gained expertise in project funding, due diligence, financial modeling, and debt structuring. Ankit's career began at Imperial Alliance in 2008, where they developed skills in identifying fund requirements, deal structuring, and liaising with banks and financial institutions for fund raising.

Ankit Goyal obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from IBS Mumbai, completing their studies between 2006 and 2008.
