Preetam Negi

Preetam Negi has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Preetam is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Hero Housing Finance, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, Preetam worked as an Assistant Vice President - HR at HDFC ERGO Health from January 2020 to February 2022. Preetam also held various roles at Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd., including Assistant Vice President Human Resources, Chief Manager Human Resources, Senior Manager - HR, HR Manager, Associate Manager Human Resources, Assistant Manager Human Resources, and Senior Executive Human Resources, spanning from August 2007 to February 2022. Preetam's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Midland Calibrated India Private Ltd from July 2006 to June 2007, as well as a Human Resources Executive at I-Flex – Equniox Global Services Pvt. Ltd from November 2005 to June 2006, and at Arvato Services India from May 2003 to October 2005.

Preetam Negi completed a Bachelor's degree from CCS (Chaudhary Charan Singh) University in an unspecified field of study. Following this, Negi pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law and Administrative Law from Madurai Kamraj University, specializing in Labor and Industrial Relations, which was completed from 2009 to 2011. Subsequently, Negi enrolled in AMITY University Gurgaon, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Amity University, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, between 2011 and 2013.
