Michael Fu M.D.

Michael Fu MD, MBA is currently the Vice President of Clinical Programs & Strategy at Hero Journey Club and a Co-Founder of culture therapy. Previously, Michael served as Senior Director of Product & Behavioral Health Strategy at Hazel Health, where Michael held multiple leadership roles, including National Director of Behavioral Health. Michael founded Project Zeeni, a mental health non-profit for low-income adolescents, and led a team at Hopelab in developing an award-winning anxiety chatbot for young adult cancer survivors. Early career experiences include roles at GSR Ventures and REDF, as well as teaching middle school math with Teach For America. Michael holds an MD from Stanford University School of Medicine and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, in addition to a BS in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
