Ajay Sharma

Ajay Sharma is a seasoned professional in customer experience and after-sales service management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Hero MotoCorp Ltd since May 2012. Prior experience includes a role as an Engineer focusing on vehicle quality at Honda Cars India Ltd from December 2010 to May 2012, and serving as Assistant Manager in production and market quality at Mahindra Rise from August 2008 to December 2010. Ajay began the career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) prior to these roles. Ajay holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and Operations from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, completed in 2015, as well as an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITM University, Gurgaon, obtained in 2008.
