Akhil Babu Duggempudi

Akhil Babu Duggempudi is a skilled professional with extensive experience in sourcing and product development within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Deputy Manager of Sourcing & Development at Hero MotoCorp since January 2023, responsibilities include strategic sourcing, global sourcing, and investment estimation for capacity build-up. Prior to this, Akhil worked as an Engineer in Sourcing at Bonfiglioli, focusing on new product development and supplier negotiations. Experience also includes project internships at L&T Special Steels and Heavy Forgings and Heavy Engineering Corporation. Akhil holds an MTech in Foundry Forge Technology from the National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology Ranchi and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Prasad V Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology.
